Service Description
Please keep in mind that this is a consultation to see which training program would fit best for your situation. This is not a training and we won't go over all commands.
Cancellation Policy
All required fields in the booking form must be filled out and signed for booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure the spot. The remaining amount has to be paid before starting the services. An invoice will be send after submitting the booking form. Cancellation 1 week before the starting date requires a 10% fee. Cancellation longer than 24 hours before the starting date, requires a 25% fee*. Last minute cancellations, within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, requires a 50% fee. This will be deducted from the deposit. Rescheduling the starting date is only possible at least 2 weeks before the original starting date for board&train or at least 24 hours before a private training/behavior modification session. Payments can be done through PayPal, Venmo and CashApp. Cash is only possible for the remaining amount after paying the deposit. *Proven emergencies will be exempted from this policy.
